Introduction
Specimens of P. lizardensis (reported as Tytthyoceros lizardensis) are mottled brown in colouration, which is described by Newman & Cannon (1996) as cryptic. Specimens were observed to copulate by hypodermic insemination, and one specimen was found with a pair of small copepods attached, which were interpreted as being symbiotic (Newman & Cannon, 1996).
