Holotype AM W14619 (complete but in 2 fragments, 42 segments), Botany Bay, New South Wales.
Paratype(s) USNM 81494 3 specimens; BMNH ZB 1983.1726 1 specimen (complete but posterior regenerating); AHF Poly 1402 1 specimen (complete); AM W14625 2 anterior fragments (All paratypes from same locality as the holotype).
