Holotype whereabouts unknown ♂ (Holotype male, Perth, Western Australia, G. H. Hardy. The holotype was described as a female by White (1914) but according to Hardy (1929) it was a male. In a letter to S.J. Paramonov, dated 12 July 1950, Hardy wrote that the type 'never was in really good condition, and has since broken up'. (Clements 1985, p. 88)), Perth, WA, G.H.
