Introduction
This species is unknown to the compiler. It is only recorded from the type locality on Cape York Peninsula in far North Queensland.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
General coloration pale yellowish white. Head ventral surface with maxillary plates wide, frontoclypeus convex anteriorly, concave posteriorly; antennae long. Apex of head flattened, of even width throughout, apical carina distinct. Crown of head spatulate, anteriorly flat, posteriorly inclined; ocell only visible dorsally. Tegmen milky white, venation distinct. Length 6 mm (Evans 1938)
