Introduction
Jäger (2020) notes that the description provided by MacLeay (1827) is far from satisfactory, and noted that the remark was also provided by Walckenaer (1841) in a re-description of the species - there is also uncertainty about which material Walckenaer used in the re-description. Jäger (2020) notes that the type material is currently lost and thus can only consider the species as nomen dubium.
Distribution
Recorded from "Australia".
