Distribution extended to the sunshine coast (after Paz-Sedano et al. 2021). These authors report that the species "is also known from Western Australia (Coleman 2015), Queensland (Rudman and Avern 1988; Marshall and Willan 1999; Rudman 2004; Coleman 2015), New South Wales (Rudman 2004; Debelius and Kuiter 2007; Nimbs and Smith 2016)"
