Genus Nitocra Boeck, 1865
- Nitocra Boeck, 1865 [subsequent misspelling; Bowman (1988) points out Nitokra is the correct spelling and should be preferred. Wells (2007) stresses that Nitocra has been in common use for a long time and is now considered the valid spelling in accordance with Article 33, section 33.3.1. of the 4th edition of the ICZN (1999), which allows "an incorrect subsequent spelling" to stand when it is in "prevailing usage" and should always be attributed to the original author. To be noted that the World of Copepods database has opted for Nitokra.].
