Diagnosis
Integumental colour of head light brown, antennae black except basal half of scape brown. Scutum black with brown sides, postpronotal lobes, scutellum and legs. Pleurae light brown with black anterior anepisternum, katepisternum and meropleurite. Abdomen integumental colour mostly black, lateral and posterior borders broadly and narrowly brown, respectively. Hairs on frons black. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and abdomen primarily coppery, some green admixed. Wings with yellow infuscation on basal 1/3, very light on anterior angle of bm, remainder smoky, fading in centre of cells; veins R5 and M1 fused on wing margin. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 7.1 mm.
