Diagnosis
Integumental colour of head yellow, flagellum and apical half of pedicel black. Scutum black with postpronotal lobes, scutellum and legs yellow. Pleurae yellow with anteroventral corner of anepisternum, ventral 1/3 of katepisternum and meropleurite dark brown. Wings with cross-vein between R4 and R5 absent. Abdomen with tergites black except posterior borders of tergites 1 and 5-7 yellow. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and abdomen green. Wings with yellow-brown infuscation on basal 1/3 graduating into smoky-hyaline apical 2/3. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 6.8 mm.
