Diagnosis
Integumental colour of head yellow, dorsal parts of postcranium dark brown, antennae with pedicel, flagellum and apical 1/3 of scape black. Hairs on frons dark brown. Scutum, postpronotal lobes and scutellum black, legs brown. Pleurae brown with anepisternum, ventral 1/3 of katepisternum and meropleurite black. Wings with cross-vein between R4 and R5 absent. Abdomen with tergites black except posterior borders of tergites 5 and 6 yellow. Reflective scales on scutum and scutellum green, those on abdomen copper. Wings with yellow-brown infuscation on basal 1/3 graduating into smoky-hyaline apical 2/3. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 6.8 mm.
