Diagnosis
Integumental colour of head light brown, flagellum black. Scutum black, postpronotal lobes, scutellum and legs light brown. Pleurae light brown except anterior half of anepisternum, ventral half of katepisternum and meropleurite dark brown. Abdomen integumental colour brown, narrow median regions of tergites dark brown. Hairs on frons black. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and abdomen coppery-purple. Wings with brown infuscation with hyaline regions at apex of cell bm, cells cual, ml, r5, r4 and r2+3. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 10-1 1.9 mm.
