Diagnosis
Integumental colour of head yellow, scutum black with yellow at sides; postpronotal lobes, scutellum and legs yellow. Pleurae yellow except anteroventral corner of anepisternum, ventral half of katepisternum, and meropleurite brown. Abdomen integumental colour yellow except median anterior region of each tergite black. Hairs on frons in male dark brown, in female brown and yellow admixed. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and abdomen green. Wings with yellow infuscation on basal 2/3, apical 1/3 smoky-hyaline. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 7.0-9.1 mm.
