Diagnosis
A dark species with long, narrow abdomen. Integumental colour black except ventral half of head, scape, pedicel, median 113 of frons and legs brown. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and tergites purple. Wing pattern with dark brown infuscation on basal 2/3, apical 1/3 hyaline, with isolated hyaline window in apex of bm. Haltere knob yellow. Crossvein between R4 and R5 absent. Body length 6.0 mm.
