Diagnosis
A dark species with long, narrow abdomen. Integumental colour black except for ventral half of head grey. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and tergites admixed green and purple. Wing pattern with basal 1/3 of wing yellow, central 1/3 dark brown and apical 1/3 hyaline. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 6.2-6.5 mm.
