Diagnosis
Integumental colour of head yellow, dorsal parts of postcranium dark brown-black, antennae black in male, black except basal 2/3 of scape yellow in female. Scutum and scutellum black except apex of scutellum dark brown in female. Abdominal tergites black except posterior borders of tergites 4-7 yellow. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and abdomen green. Wings hyaline in male, very pale yellow infuscation on basal 1/3 in female. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 44-6.1 mm.
