Diagnosis
Integumental colour of head yellow, frons, vertex and antennae brown, scutum black with brown postpronotal lobes, scutellum, legs and pleurae. Abdomen integumental colour dark brown. Hairs on frons black. Reflective scales on scutum, scutellum and abdomen coppery. Wings with brown infuscation on basal 2/3 graduating into smoky-hyaline apical 1/3. Haltere knob yellow. Body length 4.2 mm.
