Introduction
This genus is one of several monotypic endemic genera added to the Australian fauna by Webb (1983). It is found in SE Queensland and NE New South Wales.

Diagnosis
This genus is similar to Rosopaella Webb in external appearance but has the setal formula at the apex of the hind femur 2 + 1 and distinctly different male genitalia. The aedeagus is unusual in having the shaft asymmetrical, the socle region produced dorsally and the basal apodeme with a process (Webb 1983).
