Introduction
This is one of five species of Macropsini described by Evans (1942) from Dedari in the Coolgardie region of Western Australia. All were based on female holotypes.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
Head apricot mottled with whitish yellow, eyes dark brown. Pronotum anteriorly declivous though not so steep as in M. declivus Evans, greyish white with apricot punctures. Scutellum concolorous with the pronotum, with sparse orange brown punctures. Tegmen colourless hyaline mottled with pale coffee brown; veins pale brown with white bars. Thorax and abdomen, ventral surface, and legs, pale orange yellow. Length 4 mm (Evans 1942).
