Introduction
This species is only known from two southeastern localities, one in Victoria and one in Tasmania.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
Pallide testaceus; vertex brevissimus; scutellum guttis quatuor anticis pallide fuscis; alae vitreae; anticae sublimpidae, venis pallide testaceis. Pale testaceous. Vertex extremely short. Scutellum with two pale brown dots on each side in front. Wings vitreous. Fore wings almost colourless; veins pale testaceous. Length of the body 2 lines; of the wings 3½ lines (Walker 1858).
