However as P. fissa has priority, if his identification is correct P. fissa must be used as the valid name. Guinot (1967: 559) has placed Actaea hawaiiensis tentatively into Zosimus Leach and therefore P. fissa should also belong to Zosimus whether or not the two species prove to be synonyms)
