Introduction

The single known specimen of this species was collected in Rockhampton, probably more than 60 years ago. Although the label data provide no indication of date, they include the code 17.865 which the author of the species has interpreted as the collection code referring to material sold to the Royal Institute of Natural Sciences in Belgium by Dr Victor Lallemand who published on Australian Fulgoromorpha from the 1920s to the 1060s..
