Syntype(s) WAM R11633-5, R11638, R11896-11907 (these specimens are the only ones that come from 'the type locality Watjulum Mission close to Yampi Sound, north of King Sound', inferring that they are the only specimens listed under 'Specimens examined and Locality Records' that qualify for consideration as syntypes), Watjulum (=Wotjulum) Mission, WA
Comment: Tyler (1968) cited 29 syntypes. Of these, those listed here he assigned to Litoria watjulumensis [as wotjulumensis] (Copland, 1957). For his assignment of the other syntypes, see Litoria coplandi (Tyler, 1968) and L. peronii (Tschudi, 1838). - Hyla wotjulumensis Tyler, M.J. 1968.
