Comment: Holotype ZMG 93h ((ex 111a), presumed lost, Australia. Deposited in Zoological Museum of the University of Göttingen, before it was moved to the Zoologisches Forschungsmuseum Alexander Koenig but the specimen has not been located at either institute.Subsequent designation references:
