Species Leptodius affinis (De Haan, 1835)

Introduction

Widely mis-identified as Leptodius exaratus (H. Milne Edwards, 1834) which is restricted to the western Indian Ocean and replaced by L. affinis in the east Indian Ocean and western Pacific, see Lee et al. (2013)

New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Western Australia

East Indo-west central Pacific Oceans (Vietnam to Japan and east to Hawai'i).
