Comment: Malipatil, M.B. 1981. Revision of Australian Cleradini (Heteroptera: Lygaeidae). Australian Journal of Zoology 29: 773–819 incorrectly interpreted the male paralectotype of Scudder (1970) as the holotype of Laticlerada laticollis; Slater & O'Donnell (1995) interpreted this as the holotype of their replacement name; this action is followed in this work.Type locality references:
