Melbourne : CSIRO Publishing, Australia xiv 641 pp. [221] (the type locality of 'Sydney' is certainly erroneous; extensive field collecting across northern Australia has so far failed to rediscover the existence of L. rotundatum; it is most likely that it was collected from the islands of the south-west Pacific and sent to Hess via Sydney)
