Holotype ANIC ♀ (from Ac. orites (DM 136)), NSW, 30 km N of Lismore, Whian Whian State Forest.
Paratype(s) 4♀ 2♂ and larvae (collected with holotype); (same locality and host as for holotype, 16♀ 1♂).
