Introduction
This genus is distinguished primarily through the tiny size of its only species and features of the male genitalia and hind tibial spination.

Diagnosis
Small eurymelids resembling species of the genus Ipoella in general characteristics and, in particular, in having a single spine mounted on an enlarged base on the hind tibiae. Differing from Ipoella spp. in size, being considerably smaller, in having three instead of more than three veins between R and the costal margin, in having broader subgenital plates with medial, instead of marginal, accessory clasping processes and hind tibiae which as well as having a mounted spine, have also three rows of long, strong, marginal spines (Evans 1977).
