Genus Iphiolaelaps Womersley, 1956
- Iphidolaelaps Womersley, H. 1956. On some new Acarina-Mesostigmata from Australia, New Zealand and New Guinea. Journal of the Linnean Society of London, Zoology 42: 505-599 [invalid name].
Introduction
Womersley (1956) spelled the name of this genus as Iphiolaelaps three times, and as Iphidolaelaps once, in the caption to his Figure 23. I consider the latter spelling to be a typographical error.
In addition to the named species listed here, Beaulieu et al. (2010) and Seeman & Nahrung (2012) reported unidentified or undescribed species of Iphiolaelaps from Queensland.
