Holotype ANIC male microptera (from woody gall on “Casuarina” twig), Queensland, 15km west of Mt Glorious.
Paratype(s) ANIC 6 micropterous males, 30 micropterous females, 4 macropterous females, collected with holotype; ANIC 5 micropterous males, 15 micropterous females, same locality as holotype, different date.Type host:
Casuarina cunninghamiana [CASUARINACEAE]
