Introduction
Insullaoma predicta differs from I. riddlei by having angulate whorls and coarser spiral lirae on both the protoconch and teleoconch.

Diagnosis
Shell very small, golden-brown, depressedly globose with a weakly elevated spire and subangulate whorls; protoconch with numerous, prominent coarse spiral cords, teleoconch with irregularly spaced, weak radial ribs, microsculpture of numerous radial threads and prominent spiral lirae; umbilicus open, narrow, U-shaped; diameter 2.5mm.
