Genus Idiocerella Evans, 1941

Compiler and date details

30 September 2011 - Murray J. Fletcher

Introduction

This genus was regarded by Webb (1983) as being of uncertain identity since the single known specimen is missing except for a single leg. It was described from Kangaroo Island, South Australia, along with six other idiocerines from the same locality, by Evans (1941) and it is possible that a review of the species on the island may be able to determine the identity of the genus based on the descriptions provided by Evans (1941).
