Comment: Leach in the original description described both sexes; Waterhouse, G.A. 1937. Australian Hesperiidae. VII. Notes on the types and type localities. Proc. Linn. Soc. N.S.W. 62(3–4): 107–125 [117] (stated that the syntypes could not be located in the BMNH, restricted type locality to Sydney, NSW).
