   Lectotype AM KL09189 ♂, Moonbah (as Moonbar in original description) 915–1065 m (as 3–3,500 ft) (Moonbah and Mt Kosciusko, NSW, were designated in the original publication).

  Comment: Olliff in the original description did not indicate the number of specimens described but mentioned both sexes.
