Holotype AM ♂ (coll.: J.W. Evans), Adelaide, South Australia.
Introduction
Although originally described from Adelaide, South Australia, most subsequent records of this species are from the eastern parts of New South Wales.

Ecological Descriptors
All stages: phloem feeder.
Diagnosis
General coloration pale greenish yellow. Eyes brownish red. The white line on the apical margin of the head is bordered narrowly on each side with brown. Crown with a shallow median longitudinal depression; ocelli nearer to the eyes on each side than to the apex of the head. Tegmen pale yellowish hyaline, veins pale green. Length 7.5 mm. Head width 2.5 mm (Evans 1937).
The species is probably pale green in life.
