Diagnosis

Column rather short, height approximately 25 mm, and cylindrical, diameter approximately 35 mm, with 18 vertical rows of sucker-like verrucae, of which the distal are the largest and they gradually diminish inferiorly. 18 acrorhagi. Tentacles short, blunt, in two cycles of 18 in each cycle. The inner cycle orange wit brown transverse bands on oral aspects, length about one-half of the diameter of the disc and about half as long again as the outer row. Outer tentacles dark brown. Oral disc not much greater diameter than column, blotched with brown. Marginal sphincter muscle small, diffuse, situated near base of the acrorhagi. 12 pairs of perfect mesenteries, of which 2 pairs are directives. In lower part of the column 12 pairs of small imperfect mesenteries alternate with these. Perfect mesenteries fertile.
