Comment: Butler in the original description indicated that he described two specimens; Waterhouse, G.A. 1936. [unpublished personal manuscript of observations made at the BMNH (Papilionidae, Pieridae, Danainae)]. Photocopy located at ANIC, Canberra, ACT. 29 pp. [7] (label data indicate nature of type specimens and identifiers).
