Diagnosis

Frontal rostrum low; vertex with vertexal foveae and dorsal postantennal pits; antennal clubs formed primarily by large antennomeres XI. Pronotal disc convex to lateral margins. Elytra with subhumeral foveae, prominent marginal carinae extending posteriorly from foveae. Abdomen with angulate lateral margins, visible tergites 1-3 (IV-VI) with accompanying paratergites.
