Turner (1927a) described both sexes of G. leucargyra Turner but an examination of Turner's syntypes in ANIC reveals that they are all females. G. gypsonota Turner [was] given priority because the specimen of G. leucargyra Turner marked as a 'type' by Turner is without an abdomen)
