Terias alitha Felder C. & Felder R. 1862. Lepidoptera Nova. Wiener Entomologische Monatschrift 6: 282–294 [289].
Type data: syntypes whereabouts unknown *; the Felders in the original description did not indicate the number of specimens described, but they indicated that they had described the male.
Type locality: Mindanao, Philippines (designated in original description).
