  Type data:

   Holotype ANIC LAM 4147 ♀ macroptera, New South Wales, 20 km south of Taree, Black Head.
  Paratype(s) ANIC 2 ♀macropterae, 12 ♀ micropterae, taken with holotype; ANIC 13 ♀, 2 ♂ micropterae, with larvae (from marginal leaf-roll galls on Drypetes deplanchei), New South Wales, 25 km north of Taree; ANIC 9 ♀ macropterae, 2 ♀, 7 ♂ (from marginal leaf-roll galls on Drypetes deplanchei), Queensland, Brisbane, Mt Nebo.
