Diagnosis
Frons with black hairs medianly. Flagellum onion-shaped. Hairs on face black. Proboscis about 0.3 x length of fore tibia. Wings narrow; without i-r cross-vein and spur on R4, cells cup and a1 broad; halter knob dark brown. Integumental colour of legs dark brown-black. Integumental colour of abdomen black.
