Holotype ANIC ♂ aptera (from dead wood with lichens, 22.xii.2001 (LAM 4079)), Lord Howe Island, Kim’s Lookout,.
Paratype(s) ANIC 6 specimens: 2 ♀ macropterae, 3 ♀, 1 ♂ apterae, LHI and Queensland, Lamington, O’Reilly’s.
