Comment: Miskin in the original description referred to 'numerous examples' but did not indicate a type; Hancock, D.L. 1995. The butterfly types of W. H. Miskin in the Queensland Museum (Lepidoptera). Memoirs of the Queensland Museum 38(2): 519–528 [522] gave type and type locality).
