Introduction

Costadelos dryander is characterised by strong, radially ribbed sculpture, making this the most distinctive small rhytidid in ME Queensland. It somewhat resembles Vitellidelos costata from northern New South Wales, but has a much wider umbilicus and strongly curved radial ribs (straight in V. costata) that continue onto the protoconch (smooth in V. costata).
