   Lectotype CMNZ ♂ (-i.1901, F.W Hutton (not on label, but on authority of Hutton)), New Zealand, Auck Is
  Comment: Designated as lectotype by accident, (Harrison, 1959), confirmed by McAlpine (1991). Specimen is labelled 'Holotype'.
