Species Chunra australis Webb, 1983

Compiler and date details

30 September 2011 - Murray J. Fletcher

Introduction

This small brown and white species was described from a single male from Innisfail in the wet tropics of North Queensland. Recently a series of specimens matching Webb's description and illustrations of the male genitalia of C. australis have been collected on the Ryukyu Islands of Japan which raises the possibility that the Australian specimen was an introduction.
