Ecological Descriptors

Adult: diurnal, herbivore (associated flora: Eucalyptus spp. [MYRTACEAE] Gum Trees; Pleiogynium cerasiferum (F.Muell.) R.Parker [ANACARDIACEAE] Queensland Hog-Plum; Grevillea sp. [PROTEACEAE]), volant.

Larva: wood-borer.

Brooks (1969) listed this species from Burdekin Plum (Pleiogynium cerasiferum, Anacardiaceae).
