Holotype AM P81216 adult ♂, length 0.73 mm, near entrance to Gunnamatta Bay, Port Hacking, Sydney, NSW, Australia [34°05'S 151°08'E].
Paratype(s) AM P81217 adult ♀, length 0.92 mm (as allotype); AM P81218 10 ♀♀, 6 ♂♂; BMNH various
Comment: All specimens collected from rotting Ecklonia radiata, at the locality of the holotype.
