Adult: diurnal, florivore (associated flora: Bursaria spinosa Cav. [PITTOSPORACEAE] Boxthorn (on flowers); Helichrysum spp. [ASTERACEAE] (on flowers); Cassinia spp. [MYRTACEAE] (on flowers)), volant.
Larva: wood-borer.
Extra Ecological Information
Cowie (2001) recorded this species from Helichrysym sp., Cassinia sp. and Bursaria spinosa.
